The design Process
This case study required a quick and easy solution for users who need to validate their documents, under the assumption that they always need to validate under deadlines.
Design decisions were made based on direct user feedback (competitors tools too slow or paid), estimated conversion rates into new leads, and considerations about the scalability of the design. I made quick iterations with fast feedback.


The design Process - Results
We conducted a thorough analysis of the user journey map to determine the best spots to integrate eBay PPC ads.
While there are many options, asking for data early significantly reduces frustration for users who want to get information quickly, which increases lead capture rates.

Design Iteration
Our main challenge was to have a tool that encompasses both functionalities together. We explored the use of tabs to separate the tools. However, in usability testing, 60% of participants found the tabs confusing, mistaking them for switches.
Therefore, we chose to separate the tools into different landing pages. This way, users focus only on the tool they need and it also allows us to position ourselves better from an SEO perspective to obtain quality leads.
